Let's kick off Day 11 of 'Mobile in May' with a gentle exercise called 'Knee to Chest'.

To perform this exercise, lift one leg and then the other. As you exhale, pull your knees towards your chest, and as you inhale, release. Feel the soothing effects as you embrace this movement!
