Good morning everyone! We only have 3 days left to complete Mobile in May. Today's exercise is the Straight leg raise - lift your leg to 45 degrees, hold for 20 seconds, and lower.
To do this exercise, remember to switch on your core, slowly raise the straight leg, and lower it to the floor. Repeat on the opposite side. This exercise is great for improving knee mobility, strengthening the muscles around the knee joint, and increasing flexibility.
