7 Day Sleep Challenge

Be honest, how many hours sleep did you get last night? Was it quality, unbroken sleep?

Sleep is so important for the body. It is recommended that we get between 7-9 hours’ sleep a night.


A lack of sleep affects us in so many ways.


It weakens the immune system It can lead to respiratory problems Tiredness often leads to snacking, which can lead to weight loss It can lead to frequent mood changes It causes an imbalance in your hormones (as if we aren't suffering enough with this)


The list is endless. Join me this week to see if you can improve the quality of your sleep. I'll be posting one tip a day for you to try to see if it makes a difference to your sleep.
