Join me for a special pre-Christmas event designed to help you unwind, move and enjoy a little seasonal sparkle. We’ll start with a mix of Pilates, stretch and relaxation to ease away tension and leave you feeling balanced and calm. After class, stay for some festive nibbles, a glass (or two!) of Prosecco and plenty of good company. It’s the perfect way to take a little time for yourself before the busy season begins.
