➡Start with feet hip distance apart, add in moving the arms forward and back, then add in a head rotation.
➡Increase the challenge by stepping one foot forward, same movement with the arms and head.
➡Last level bring one foot in front of the other, tightrope stance, then add in the same movement with the arms and head.
If you've stepped one foot forward, don't forget to change sides and practice the balance with the opposite foot forward.
