Shoulder strength This exercise is not only great for the shoulders but it also helps open up through the chest. Try adding it into your daily routine, 8 - 10 repetitions. If you don't have a ball, try a block or even a rolled up towel. Lifting the hands up the spine then pushing them down towards the butt. Comment below and let me know how you found this exercise. 🧘
