Have a warm bath before bed.


One study found that taking a hot bath 90 mins before bed improved sleep quality and helped people get more deep sleep.


Why not add some magnesium salts to the bath to help increase your magnesium levels. The magnesium salts are a great way to relieve muscle tension, they are beneficial for bone and skin health as well as being good for migraine relief.
