Thinking about giving Pilates a go? 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Some of my classes are already fully booked but if you're keen to join us, just drop me a message or comment "I'm interested" and I’ll let you know what spaces I have left. If there’s no room right now, I’ll pop you on the waiting list so you’re first to hear when a spot opens up!

All classes are mixed ability, so whether you’re new to Pilates or already know your roll-ups from your roll-downs, you’ll fit right in. Men and women of all ages are welcome (yes, men do Pilates too). 💪

No mat? No worries – I’ve got spares you can borrow. Just bring you and a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated.

So if you’ve been putting it off with “maybe next week” or “I’m not flexible enough”... maybe it’s time to flip that mindset and find reasons why you have to join me.

Check out my timetable and if you're ready to move, comment "I'm interested" or message me!

See you on the mat! ✨

A Week of Nourishment, One Forkful at a Time

It’s been a full week of celebrating the humble salad, but it wasn’t just about food. It was about the connection between what we eat and how we move, think and feel.

This week we explored how:

Leafy greens can support your joints

Protein powers your Pilates recovery

Eat the rainbow to boost your mood

Gut health shapes your focus

Mindful eating mirrors mindful movement

Natural sweetness can energise, not crash you

So let your next salad be a moment of self-care, not a side dish. Whether you’re on the mat or at the table — nourishment comes in many forms 💚

Have you got a sweet tooth that kicks in after lunch or mid-afternoon? You’re not alone 🙋‍♀️ But there’s a smart way to satisfy sugar cravings without the crash.

Refined sugars can mess with your energy levels, mood and even your sleep. A quick spike might feel good in the moment, but it’s usually followed by a dip in focus, motivation and movement. Instead, turn to naturally sweet foods that bring fibre, vitamins and slow-release energy with them.

✅ Fruit with benefits – think berries, bananas, or apple slices paired with nut butter

✅ Dates or figs – perfect in energy balls or chopped into a yoghurt bowl

✅ Cinnamon or vanilla – add natural sweetness and balance blood sugar

✅ Roasted veg like sweet potato or beetroot – brilliant in a salad and sneakily sweet

💡 Did you know? Magnesium — often found in dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds and leafy greens — can help reduce sugar cravings and support muscle function. So your body might be asking for balance, not biscuits.

Finish your week with a colourful, naturally sweet salad (think mango, pomegranate or roasted carrot) 🍫❤️🥗
