Day 12 - Joints in June

🌞 Good morning everyone! 🌺 How are you feeling today? Are you enjoying 'Joints in June' and starting to feel the benefits? Today is Day 12 of Joints in June and we will be focusing on 'Finger Stretching'!

To do this exercise, make a fist and then open and extend your fingers as straight as possible. Repeat this exercise, gradually increasing up to 20 times. Completing Finger Stretches helps keep joints moving in the fingers and gets the circulation going. For an extra challenge, try squeezing a small foam or sponge ball!
