How is everyone feeling today? Can you believe it's already the 30th of May? Today's Mobile in May exercise is 'The Swan'.
To derive maximum benefit from this exercise, slowly lift the head and chest away from the mat, keeping your core engaged. Add in a push with the hands and ensure the belly doesn't pop into the mat as you lift.
This exercise focuses on mobility through the upper spine without putting pressure on the lower spine. I hope you all join me tomorrow for our final day of Mobile in May.
