I always ask that you bring a small towel to class just in case you need it to help with your posture during some of the exercises. Over the next couple of days I'm going to show you how you can use your towel to help your alignment. The first tip is for when you are lying supine (on your back) If you feel like your chin is pointing towards the ceiling, pop the towel under your head to take the pressure off your neck.
