🌟 Ready to jump into fitness resolutions? Let's make those changes stick! It's great that you're geared up for a healthier lifestyle, but remember, small steps lead to lasting results. 🚶‍♀️🌱


Rather than going all-in and burning out, start smart, start small. Begin by committing just 15 minutes a day to move your body. Once that's part of your routine, you can build it up to 30 minutes and beyond. It's about consistency and finding what you enjoy! Don’t sign up to every fitness class if you know it’s not achievable, give yourself a chance to succeed.


My Pilates and Walkfit™ classes start week beginning January 7th. 🧘‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Whether it's Pilates sessions to help work on your posture and strengthen you body, or fun Walkfit™ classes where you can get your steps in for the day and burn those extra calories, there's something for everyone!


📍 Birtley Community Centre

✅ Monday: 1pm

✅ Sunday: 5pm & 6.15pm


📍 Cardinal Hume School

✅ Monday: 5pm

✅ Wednesday: 5pm, 6.30pm & 7.30pm

✅ Wednesday: 6pm - NEW Walkfit™


📅 For Pilates it's a 6-week or 11-week term (£45 or £82.50) starting week beginning Sunday 7th January. With the Pilates classes you have the flexibility to stick to the same class each week or switch around to fit your 6/11 sessions into your busy schedule. Walkfit™ is a 6-week term, £24 per person or £5 PAYG.
