Please do not ever be offended if I gently adjust your posture in class.
It does not mean you are doing anything wrong. Often it is about reducing strain on joints like the knees or back, or helping the right muscles do the work instead.
Pilates is full of small changes that make a big difference. A slight shift in stance. Softening the knees. Adjusting shoulder position.
These tiny tweaks help your body move more efficiently and feel better long after the class has finished 💛
