Turn off your devices!!!


How many of us spend the night watching TV or on your phone scrolling through social media?

All of these devices emit 'blue light' which tricks the brain into thinking that it's still daytime.


Try and turn off your devices earlier tonight. Don't take your phone into the bedroom, that way you won't be tempted to have one last scroll before bed.
