Standing 100

This is a great way to get the core working. By being able to feel the core working and know when it's switched on will help with your roll ups. The stronger your core the more it will assist in a roll up.

Keep you arms straight and shoulders back as you beat the arms. Try to inhale for 5 beats and exhale for 5 beats.
