Aching neck?

Aching neck? Head always in a forward flexed position?


Try this exercise to release the pressure and tension on the neck.


Push your chin back, trying to keep it parallel to the floor. Hold this position for a 5 count and release. It’s not the most flattering position as you end up with a double chin.


Do this 3 times in total and then whenever you feel the tension creeping back in.
