A very popular exercise, when we do it in class you will notice we take it slower than you normally see it done.

The first video is what we’d aim for in class. You can also do this version with the feet flat on the floor. Try and keep the elbows wide, try not to pull on the head and neck and keep the core switched on.

The second video adds in the opposite leg movement. Try and keep the control through the torso rather rock from side to side.

I think we’ll have to give this exercise a go in class next week. Which level will you be aiming for?
