🌿 Menopause Monday – Aching and Stiff Joints

  • 1 min read

Aching joints are one of the most common menopause symptoms, and often one of the most frustrating.

Changes in hormone levels can affect joint lubrication and recovery. Hips, knees, shoulders and hands can suddenly feel stiff or sore.

Pilates can help by gently moving joints through a comfortable range, building strength around them and improving posture so joints are not under constant strain.

The key is gentle, consistent movement rather than pushing through pain. Small regular sessions can ease stiffness and support joint health over time 💛

If your joints feel different right now, you are not imagining it and you are not alone.
