Day 15 - Mobile in May

Congratulations, everyone! You've made it to the halfway point of Mobile in May!  Today, we're diving into a new exercise: Seated Hip Marching!

To tackle this move, sit tall on a chair and start alternating knee raises as if you're marching in place. Keep that core engaged and your spine tall for maximum benefit. This exercise is not only effective but also versatile—you can even do it while catching up on your favourite TV shows!

Seated Hip Marching works wonders by building strength and flexibility in your hips and thighs. Let's keep those muscles engaged and energized!
