Day 14 - Mobile in May

Starting your day with a little exercise can work wonders for your well-being.


Today, we're introducing the 'Cat-Cow' exercise. Here's how to do it: Start by imagining taking your forehead to your pubic bone, then tilt your tailbone away. Flow between these two positions to stretch and mobilize your spine effectively.


The cat-cow stretch offers fantastic benefits by increasing the flexibility and mobility of your spine. Say goodbye to stiffness and discomfort in your back as you embrace this soothing and rejuvenating movement. Feel the release and enjoy the stretch!
