Good morning everyone! Congratulations on reaching the final day of Mobile in May - you've all done fantastically well! Please share your feedback on these daily exercises.
Our last exercise for Mobile in May is the 'Plank to Downward Dog'. Lower your back to plank position, then lift your hips onto your toes from a plank position, keeping your spine long. Lower back to plank position. I hope you all feel the benefits of this lovely exercise and thank you for joining me daily throughout May.
