Good morning everyone! 🌞 Thank you for joining today's 'Joints in June' exercise.


Today's exercise is Ankle Circles. To complete this exercise, draw a circle with the ankle and remember to change direction. This exercise not only improves ankle movement but also challenges your balance. Start sitting if balance is a challenge, then progress to standing with support.
