Did you know that exercise reduces joint pain and helps fight tiredness?

Think of a car, if you don't use it for a while it seizes up. The brakes aren’t lubricated, the tyres start to deflate, and the battery loses its charge. It’s the same with your body, if you don’t move, your joints aren’t lubricated which means when you do move the joints are stiff and painful. If you are inactive, your moods drops and you feel more tired.
