❤️ February is Heart Month

February is National Heart Month and it’s a great chance to give a little more thought to how we look after our heart. Heart health isn’t about extremes or doing everything perfectly. It’s about steady habits that support your body over time.


Regular gentle movement helps improve circulation, supports healthy blood pressure and keeps the heart working efficiently. Pilates is a lovely way to move while also focusing on breathing, posture and control, which all play a role in heart health 🧘‍♀️
