Stiffness is one of the most common symptoms of Parkinson’s, often making it harder to move freely and comfortably 😣.

The good news? Pilates helps keep the body mobile, reduce muscle tightness and improve overall flexibility ✅✨


When the body moves better, everyday activities—like turning in bed or reaching for something—become easier 🛏️📦. One simple way to increase mobility is with a gentle seated open book 📖:

👉 Sit tall, arms out in front

👉 Open up to one side, then the other

👉 Breathe deeply and move with control 🫁
