Happy National Biscuit Day! 🍪🫖

Here’s your reminder: you don’t need to “earn” your biscuits. You move because you love your body, not to punish it. Pilates teaches us that movement is about joy, not guilt.


So today: have the biscuit. Do a few roll downs. Stretch your spine. Sip your tea. Enjoy the delicious balance of movement and treats, because you deserve both.


I do like a biscuit with a cuppa, I might just have to have an extra one today to celebrate. What's your favourite biscuit? I think mine has to be a simple chocolate digestive. 🧘
