Know your Numbers week !

I know we all like to have a tipple every now and then, and that's allowed, just make sure you drink in moderation.

 

UK alcohol guidelines recommend that men and women should drink no more than 14 units of alcohol a week, that's about 7 glasses of wine.

 

Also try and incorporate several drink-free days and avoid binge-drinking. Follow me for more tips and exercises.
