It might be that due to the heat, or the fact that you've got children at home, you find fitting your normal 1 hour walk/Pilates sessions into your day is that bit harder. If this is you then why not go for a shorter walk/Pilates session?
Some movement is better than none. I have express Pilates sessions available online, these are only 15min long so are easier to fit into your busy day.
