Stretch Saturday ✨

A little stretch can make a big difference. Cat and cow is a lovely way to gently mobilise the spine, ease tension through the back and shoulders and encourage deeper breathing.


It’s especially helpful if you’ve been sitting more, feeling a bit stiff or just need a moment to reset. Move slowly, let the breath guide you and focus on how it feels rather than how it looks.
