Always a favourite in class and there’s so many different versions of it.
The top one is what we’d tend to aim for in class. Legs at table top and the torso in the ab prep position.
Lower left shows how you can modify it by keeping, feet, and/or head and shoulders on the mat.
Lower right is a more advanced level. Legs are straight, torso in the ab prep position.
