When your schedule is in a tizz

December always seems to take your normal routine and completely turn it upside down. School things, work things, random "pop along" events… the diary fills up before you even notice. When life gets like this, long workouts can feel impossible, so this is the perfect time to think small.


Fifteen minutes of movement is still worthwhile. A little stretch, a short walk or a few gentle Pilates moves help clear your head and keep you from feeling stiff after all the sitting, driving and dashing about.
