• Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
• Hold your breath for 7 counts
• Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 counts
• Repeat 4 times
This technique is widely used to help reduce anxiety, lower your heart rate and prepare both your body and mind for rest. You can use it any time you feel overwhelmed, before a difficult conversation, after a stressful day or simply as part of your Saturday wind-down. 🌿
