🌟 Reaching for decorations, wrapping gifts or reaching into the kitchen cupboards can leave your sides tight. Side stretches open the ribs, improve breathing and leave you feeling lighter.

Tip: Lift arms overhead, side bend slowly and breathe into the stretch. Let the fingertips reach further with each exhale. Don't forget to stretch both sides.

💡 Tip: Add a slow twist at the top of each stretch for extra rotation and feel-good release.

Is it just me who feels taller and lighter after this stretch?

🎄 Roll through your spine to relieve stiffness, improve circulation and reconnect with your body. A small, mindful movement can make a big difference after busy mornings.

Start standing, slowly roll down through each vertebra, letting your head, neck, and shoulders follow naturally. Then roll back up with control. Notice if you get a little bit more movement through the spine with each repetition.

💡 Tip: Exhale as you roll down, inhale at the bottom, exhale to lift back up. Feel each vertebra moving and your spine waking up.

Who else feels instantly lighter after a roll down? 💫 Follow me for more tips and exercises.
