Whether I’m flying (which isn't very often), driving or just enjoying a slower day at home, I always try to keep my body moving. I spend 3 days of the week sitting at a desk, so I tend to move more when I'm on holiday 🧳

It doesn’t have to be a full workout if you're travelling — a quick stretch at the services on the motorway, a short walk when you stop, or even some seated knee lifts on the plane or in the car can work wonders 🚶‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Little bursts of movement really do add up. They help ease stiffness, boost energy and keep you feeling more like you — especially on travel days.

Where are you off to this summer? ☀️🚗

Did you know we lose around 1L of water overnight? That’s before we even begin our day! Staying hydrated is essential for maintaining energy levels, keeping joints cushioned, and supporting healthy skin — especially during warm summer days. ☀️

The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is drink a litre of water — mine is usually warm water infused with fresh mint. Find what works for you — try adding slices of lemon, berries, or cucumber to make your water more inviting. 🍋

Keep a reusable bottle with you and take small sips regularly rather than gulping it down. If you struggle to remember, try setting a reminder on your phone. ⏰

What’s your tip to stay hydrated? 💦
