Whether you’re looking for a midday stretch, an evening reset or a Sunday wind, down, there’s something for everyone.

Monday: 12pm & 1pm

Sunday: 5pm, 6.15pm & 7.15pm

🏫 Pilates at Cardinal Hume School

Monday: 5pm

Wednesday: 5pm, 6.30pm & 7.30pm

🚶‍♀️ WalkFit (Cardinal Hume)

Wednesday: 6pm – indoor walking, movement & good vibes!

You don’t need to be flexible, fit or experienced, just come as you are. You’ll move, breathe and feel better by the end of class (promise).
