Setting goals doesn't have to mean overhauling your life. In fact, the smaller and more achievable, the better. A 10-minute walk, trying one new class, or simply stretching before bed can build confidence and consistency.

When we break goals down, they become stepping stones instead of obstacles. This week, write down one goal that feels good and doable. Stick it on your fridge or in your phone notes and enjoy the win when you tick it off. What’s your goal this week?

If it's a quick Pilates or Walkfit session you’re after, why not try one of my online Fit in 15 sessions? 💻

This gentle supine spine twist is all about control, not speed. It’s a simple but effective move.

Rather than forcing a big stretch, you’re inviting rotation through the spine, especially the mid-back (thoracic area), which often gets stiff from too much sitting or slouching. Keeping the feet grounded makes it more stable and focused, helping you stay connected to the movement.

💡 Why it’s worth doing:

✔️ Improves spinal mobility without strain

✔️ Gently stretches the lower back and hips

✔️ Encourages deep, calming breathing

✔️ Releases tightness from prolonged sitting

✔️ Helps balance both sides of the body

This move is a lovely way to wind down at the end of the day or reconnect with your breath in the middle of a busy one. It’s also brilliant for waking up your core and gently releasing the lower back.

Slow, steady and so satisfying 😌 Your spine will love the rotation!
