Not for punishment. Not for perfection.

But because it feels good 💛

Your body is designed to move, joints love a little roll, muscles love a little stretch, and your brain loves the endorphins that come with it.

Whether it's a walk around the block, ten minutes of Pilates, or dancing around the kitchen… just move your body today.

It doesn’t have to be fancy, fast or full on, just a little movement can change your whole mood.

How are you moving today?

Move your body

Absolutely!! You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be strong. You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You just need to start.

Pilates is all about building strength, mobility and confidence at your pace. To help you get started why not try my free online session, feel what it’s like and see if it’s for you.

No pressure. No experience needed. Just a mat (or towel!) and a bit of space.

If you've already done it I’d love to know how you got on. If you’re ready for the next step, I’ve got a number of online packages available or why not join a group class starting in September. Check out the sessions available at www.dawnchambersfitness.com/book-online

Beginners

Yes! And actually… that’s one of the best reasons to start.

Pilates isn’t about folding yourself in half. It’s about improving mobility, building strength and helping your body move better in everyday life, one step at a time.

Flexibility comes with time, consistency and the right kind of movement. You don’t need to be flexible to start. You just need to be willing to move and listen to your body.

You’ll find lots of modifications and options in my classes, so you can move in a way that works for you and no you don't need to be able to touch your toes.

Try this exercise today, modifying it if you need to. If you're interested in joining us in class comment 'I'm interested' and I'll get in touch.
