Gravity compresses your spine, making you slightly shorter by evening. That’s where Pilates comes in! Pilates helps you lengthen and decompress your spine, especially through exercises that focus on posture, core control and spinal mobility.Joseph Pilates himself called it “returning to life”  and honestly, it does feel like you’ve hit the refresh button.
