To complete this exercise, start with your palm on a wall and step one foot back. Push into the wall while keeping your heels on the floor. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 2 more times. This stretch is great for your feet, calves, and Achilles tendon! 🦶🏼💪🏼 Remember to do this stretch 3 times and then switch legs.
