🌞 Good morning everyone! Are you all looking forward to the weekend? Let's kick start Friday with another exercise as we continue with Mobile in May.
Today's exercise is 'Child's pose with thread'. From child's pose position, reach one arm up and thread through under the torso. Don't forget to repeat on the other side. This is great if you want to stretch and move the spine. You can hold the stretch or keep repeating it. See you all again tomorrow!
