Happy Sunday, everyone! Â For today's 'Mobile in May' exercise, let's try the Standing Mermaid. Â
Simply stand with your arms in a T position, then reach one arm overhead, return to T, and cross one hand over the other. Don't forget to switch sides! This exercise offers a great stretch for your sides and helps mobilise your shoulder joints.
