Today's exercise is Neck Mobility - Slowly rotate your head from side to side, allowing your ear to drop towards the shoulder, then repeat on the opposite side. Neck mobility is crucial for everyday activities. Poor neck mobility can lead to issues in the head, neck, and upper back.
