Today, we're focusing on floor hip flexors. To do this exercise, bring one knee towards the chest and lengthen out the opposite leg. Remember to exhale as you bring the knee in and inhale as you release. Don't forget to switch sides for a balanced stretch!
This exercise is fantastic for stretching the hip flexors, thighs, and glutes, helping to reduce stiffness and improve joint mobility. As you pull one knee in, extend the other leg along the floor, aiming to push the back of the knee to the mat. Don't forget to change sides for a complete workout!
