Day 23 - Joints in June

Good morning everyone! ☀>️ How are you all doing today?

It's Day 23 of 'Joints in June', and I wanted to ask if you knew how effective ice can be for injuries, especially on joints? Ice is a fantastic drug-free pain reliever that helps reduce joint swelling and numb pain. If you have a sore joint, apply ice wrapped in a towel or a cold pack to the painful area for no more than 20 minutes.

If you don't have ice or a cold pack, try using a bag of frozen vegetables (peas work best!) wrapped in a light towel. Remember, never apply ice directly to the skin.

Don't forget to check out my online courses - there's something for everyone, regardless of experience level. The 'Couch to Class' course is perfect for busy schedules and can be done from the comfort of your own home for just £9 per month.
