Today is Day 20 of Joints in June, and we're focusing on the importance of knowing your limits, especially when it comes to exercise. Certain exercises may be too tough for your joints initially, so remember to go slow and modify any exercises that cause joint pain. It's normal to feel muscle pain a few days after working out, particularly on the second and third day. Listen to your body and differentiate between "threatening pain" and good muscle-building pain.
