Day 26 - Mobile in May

Good morning everyone!  Hope you're all enjoying Mobile in May and feeling the benefits! Today's exercise is the Kneeling Lean Back: knees hip distance apart, lean back with a long spine, engage your core, and add an arm lift for an extra challenge.  


This exercise strengthens the muscles on the front of your thigh and provides a great stretch for the upper legs and hip flexors.
