 Day 4 of 'Mobile in May'

Good morning everyone!  Hope you're all excited for a fabulous Bank Holiday Weekend ahead!  Let's kick off the day with our 'Mobile in May' exercise - today, we're focusing on 'Standing V Arm Swings'.


For this movement, raise your arms to a V position while keeping your spine stable. It's a fantastic way to warm up those shoulder joints and get your blood flowing. This dynamic exercise is perfect for increasing blood flow to the shoulder joint and prepping your body for movement.
