I want to start this month with something that feels very close to my heart.
We keep fit today for our tomorrow.
It's a phrase I've been thinking about a lot lately. Because keeping active isn't just about how we look or how we feel right now. It's about building a body and a mind that is resilient, strong and capable when life asks something of it.
That might mean having the energy to chase after grandchildren.
It might mean being able to care for someone you love without running yourself into the ground.
It might mean recovering more quickly and more fully if your own health takes an unexpected turn.
Movement is one of the most powerful investments you can make, not just for today, but for every single tomorrow that follows. 🌿
So this Monday, I want to invite you to set a small, kind intention for this month 👇
Not a goal to push yourself harder. Just a reminder of WHY you move.
Write it down, say it out loud or simply hold it in your heart as you come to the mat this week.
