Sundays are made for slowing down, and this week I want to share one of the gentlest, most effective ways to reconnect with your body at the end of the week.
The Body Scan.
This isn't exercise, it's awareness. And it's surprisingly powerful. 🌿
Try it now 👇
• Lie down somewhere comfortable, arms by your sides
• Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths
• Starting at the top of your head, slowly bring your attention down through your body
• Notice where you're holding tension, your jaw, your shoulders, your hands and consciously release it as you breathe out
• Work your way all the way down to your toes
• No judgement, no fixing, just noticing
This takes about 5 minutes and can completely change how you feel going into the week. 🌙
Your body carries a lot. It deserves a few minutes of your full attention. đź’ś
