What a month this is going to be, I am genuinely excited to share everything that's coming your way throughout May at Dawn Chambers Fitness.

💚 Mental Health Awareness Week — movement for your mind as much as your body


Throughout the month you'll find exercises to try, breathing techniques, facts, gentle reminders and a whole lot of feel good movement.
