Monday Calm — Breathe Before You Begin 🌬️

Happy Mindful Monday! 💜
We're halfway through April and this week I want to talk about something we all know we should do but rarely make time for, proper rest.
Before your week gets going, try this simple body scan breathing exercise:
• Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes
• Take a slow breath in for 4 counts
• As you exhale for 6 counts, consciously relax one part of your body, your shoulders, your jaw, your hands
• Work your way down from head to toe with each breath
This takes less than 3 minutes and can completely shift the tone of your day. 🌿
